One thing you don’t have to worry about is how much this is going to cost – we charge a flat fee for your first consult and then your mediation – it might go for a couple of hours or most of the day, but the price won’t change.

And we will charge your ex exactly the same way.

We also understand breakups are messy and there isn’t one answer for everyone. We can customise resolution packages to suit you and where you are on along your path. You might need some legal advice to make sense of the numbers or you might want to hear what your teenage kids have to say, once you reach agreement you might need help to write it up so you know it’s locked in.

We can help you take care of all of that.

We are part of a collaborative network that includes mediators, family lawyers, financial advisors, family therapists and child psychologists. We can bring them in as much or as little as needed, usually at a fixed price that can be incorporated into an overall package price so you know not only what your settlement strategy looks like, but also what it’s going to cost.

We are happy to meet with you at any stage of this process, or even you and your ex together if you are just starting out. Our focus is always on out of court solutions and keeping you on a path that will help you resolve things as quickly as possible without breaking the bank.
